At One Medical Clinics, we understand that some of our patients may prefer to use their insurance to cover the costs of their medical treatments. If you are an insured patient seeking private medical services at One Medical Clinics, please note that you will need to contact your insurance provider to confirm coverage for any consultation, investigations, treatments and scans.
Additionally, you will need to bring any necessary claim forms for us to complete. Please be aware that currently, patients will be responsible for paying for their consultation or treatment upfront, and can then seek reimbursement from their insurance provider, as long as coverage has been confirmed by the insurer.
Patients who have an excess on their policy will typically be responsible for paying that amount. We advise patients to confirm this with their insurance company in advance.
